Dream location for families, tourists, hikers, a weekend with friends, etc.. Enjoy the calm and silence of the forest. But with a multitude of exciting activities just minutes from the cottage, or even when setting foot outside the cottage. Postcard perfect!
Our cottage is located in St-Zenon, at an altitude of 710 meters, the highest town in Quebec, with a 1h45min drive from Montreal.
It's an old farmhouse situated in a at 3.5 km from the village, built in the 1940s, the interior has been almost completely renovated while preserving its traditional character. Electricity has been completely redone in the fall of 2009. Exterior and roof has been completely redone spring 2010. You appreciate all the elements of modern comfort. Security assured by an alarm system connected directly to a monitoring centre. 3 season porch with windows and mosquito nets.
You'll have access to a lake for swimming and non-motorized watercarft. At St-Michel-des-Saints (14 km), there is the Taureau Reservoir where you can practice all water sports and fishing.
The cottage is near 4 regional parks: Sept-Chutes, Mastigouche, Mont-Tremblant and the Taurau Reservoir. The ZEC and outfitters abound and are open both summer and winter.
Lanaudière has long been identified as the paradise of snowmobiling in Quebec. You have access to snowmobile trails within minutes from the cottage. Quad trails are open both winter and summer. Rent a Quad and snowmobile in St-Michel-des-Saints.
We are less than an hour from ski resort Val St-Côme and super slides of St-Jean-de-Matha.
In summer, golfers will enjoy going to the golf courses of St-Michel-des Saints (20 min.) Or St-Jean-de-Matha (40 min.) For geocaching enthusiasts, there are more than 40 caches in the region.

Discounts for consecutive rental periods or for a season
The reservation will be confirmed upon deposit of 25% of the total amount due for the stay, 4 days after booking request. The deposit is not refundable for cancellations. The payment is made by check, bank transfer, postal order or cash. The rest of the rental amount must be received by check or wire transfer no later than 6 days before date of arrival.
A security deposit may be required under certain conditions and will be returned after verification and inventory of the house and compliance with the terms of rentals.
Arrival and departure:
For stays of 7 days: check in takes place on Friday after 17h00 and check out the following Friday before 14h00.
For stays of 5 days during the week: check in takes place on Sunday after 17h00 and check out on Fridays before 14h00.
For stays of 2 days on weekend: check in takes place on Friday after 17h00 and check out on Sunday before 14h00.
