Description
A beautiful luxury log cabin in the heart of the Canadian Laurentian Mountains. A perfect retreat from the stresses of every day life in close proximity to many leisure amenities and the beautiful town of St Sauveur.

A total 3250 square foot of luxurious living space. There is a formal living room upstairs with cathedral ceiling and full height windows, comfortable contemporary furniture and a large hand built stone fireplace. There is surround sound and LCD TV.

The kitchen is extremely well stocked for the most of avid cooks. American style fridge/freezer with ice and drinks dispenser and all the mod cons you would expect in a luxury residence.
The kitchen counter has a breakfast bar with three leather bar stools for casual dining.
The kitchen is open plan to to upstairs living room and there is a separate dining area. This seats 8 around a large circular wooden table with 8 high backed pastor chairs. The dining area leads out to a large deck with a BBQ and a three seasons porch with sectional couch for longing and enjoying the scenery.

There are two master bedrooms on this level. One master has a three piece bathroom with an en-suite shower room with hand crafted wooden cabinets and granite surfaces. The other has a five piece bathroom with spa bath, walk in shower and double sinks all with hand crafted wooden cabinets and granite surfaces.

There is a further guest toilet up stairs on the first floor.

Downstairs on the ground floor is a larger family room with a pool table, large 52 inch LCD surround TV, DVD player and music system. With a small bar with a wine and beer cooler. The large comfortable leather TV is the perfect place to snuggle up by another hand built stone fire place. There is a desk/table for working or playing board games.

The main family bathroom is downstairs and has a large spa bath, walk in shower cubicle and wooden hand crafted cabinet with granite surfaces. There are 2 twin bedrooms and built in wardrobes for ease and comfort.

The house is set in two acres of a woodland setting with a creek running through the rustic woodland garden that feeds the lake.

There is world class skiing cross country and alpine close by. St Sauveur has the worlds largest night skiing. Also in the winter there is horse rides, dog sleights, snowmobiling etc. All can be arranged through our personal concierge service. In the summer there are horse back riding, bicycle and walking trails on the door step around the 250 acre site and swimming in the lake. Fishing and golf are all available close by.

The house is located 55 minutes from the Montreal airport. We can arrange meet and greet from the airport and local car hire.
