Description
Summer cottage located on St-Lawrence river side. The location is at 3 kms of Matane City Center and 1 km from the St-Lawrence River Boat crossing Matane/Baie Comeau/Godbout.

The cottage includes on main floor: Living room (Hidybed)/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a small room with a couch that can be used as two single beds. The mezzanine includes one closed room with a queen size bed, and a living room with one single bed and a loveseat.

There is a separated garage/shop available that can be used to store your vehicule/VTT or Moto. There is also a bike with helmet that can be used by the tenants.

At 4 km starting at the shopping Center just before St-Lawrence River starts the "Promenade des Capitaine" which runs along the Matane River to the City Hall. 2/3 kms. Along that path there is the Mac Do, an Open Air concert place, the City's library wher you can acceed internet (reservation required) the salmon's pass to go up the dam and finally the "Parc des Iles" where there is several activities for kids.

You can also try your chance to fish the salmon in the Matane River. You can obtain details at the office located at the salmons' pass. Mr. Caron, the manager of the cottage, can furnish you with the prime equipment, line, boots, Vest and a few flies Good Luck if you decide to take a chance.

My local representative is Mr. Ken Caron who resides accross the street, 1967 Matane-sur-Mer. He gets in touch with the new tenants shortly after their arrival.
