Description
The cottage has 2 rooms with double beds, one with a double futon and one with a single mattress. There is a fireplace, a propane BBQ, washer and dryer and all you need to cook. Please note that you must provide you own bedding.
The summer rate is $1100 per week.
The place is huge and very private, with only one neighbor on one side and nearly a kilometer of sandy beach on the other side.
There is a cycling path nearby and the cottage is situated half-way ( 4 klms ) between 2 small towns.
Please note that it is a well maintained building, but it is not a luxury home.
You can arrive Sunday from 2 o'clock and must leave the following Saturday.
Finally, I live in British Columbia. When iit is 8 in the morning in Montreal, it is 5 o'clock in the morning in BC !
