Astonishing site of 4 acres, with lawns, forest and a stream. Long walks in the forest, by foot or snowshoeing. Immersion into nature and silence in a secure environment(neighbours not too far).
House offers 2 bedrooms, magnificent stone fireplace, loft look-alike kitchen, living and dining room. Sleeps 6 people. Furnished with class (antiques). Very confortable all year-long. All equipped : designer dishware and bedding, well-furnished patios, barbecue, mosquito shelter and pit for campfire. Included in the rent : satellite-tv, mowing of the lawns and snowremoval. Located at a 15 min. drive from L'Assomption, Joliette and Rawdon. Large selection of golf clubs in the vicinity. Wildlife observation on the property : white-tail deers, partridges, woodpecker and heron. Many circuits to do in the area : bicycle tours, cheese-makers, hiking, fruit picking, sugar shacks + cultural life and gourmet restaurants either in L'Assomption or Joliette. For toddlers : high chair, cradle, walker and small pool available on request with no extra fees. Patio secured for toddlers. Pets allowed in case of monthly or all-season rents, with extra costs (10 % increase on the regular rent + special security deposit).
Available either by season, month or week : 950$/month or 3500$/season (4 months) + electricity. Weekly rate : 650$ (725 $ during high season). 50% required to confirm reservation, balance due 60 days before arrival (90 days in high-season). Security deposit required, returned by check after the stay, if nothing is broken and cleaning done. |
