"La Belle Étoile" cottage
This charming four-season 45-ft mobile home is located about half-way between Montreal and Quebec City on the shores of Lake Rose where no motorboats are allowed. It is a corner of paradise where tranquility abounds.
The yard is large and flat, has mature trees, swings for adults and kids, a huge sandlot, a large picnic table, a veranda, hammocks, a pier and a pedalboat. The lake bed is sandy and shallow and there is a slide in the middle of the lake. It is an ideal place for children! The kitchen, living room and master bedroom have large windows for a splendid and restful view.
The water is good to drink!
The street is a cul-de-sac and a two-minute walk from a wooded trail. Come admire the Canada geese, the ducks, the herons, the loons and hear the songbirds. In autumn, the region is known for its famous cranberries in the surrounding fields. In winter, the frozen lake becomes a skating rink and you can benefit from superb crosscountry ski trails and tube slides at Camping du Lac Louise, an 8-minute drive from the cottage. During the Christmas season, the cottage is decorated accordingly. For rainy days and for the pleasure of playing as a family, several board games and children's toys are there for your convenience, as well as a 20-inch TV with VHS and DVD players and several films. Wood is supplied for the outdoor fireplace and a small supplement is required for the use of the propane gas for the barbecue. Bring your favorite music to play on the CD-player.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at reservation and payable in cash, by certified check or by bank deposit via Caisses Desjardins or National Bank.
The balance is to be paid on site, in cash only, in exchange for the keys to the cottage.
The deposit becomes non-refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
Year-round, there is a supplement if more than 6 people will be present. Please contact us for statutory holidays prices.
Arrival and departure times are as follows:
ARRIVAL : 2:00 pm
DEPARTURE : 12:00 (at noon)
