A salmon river (Gouffre river) is crossing the property.
Nice view on moutains (Parc national des Grands Jardins).
4 kms of Saint-Urbain village. 10 min. of car to go in Baie-Saint-Paul. Close to Casino, golf and Massif (major ski resort).
4 bedrooms : 2 queensize bed, 1 double bed, 1 bed-coach.
3 full bathrooms : antique bath, double bath and shower.
Fireplace in livingroom, kitchen with granite, ancestral pineflooring, barbecue, deck, air conditionning in 2 of the bedrooms and everything include.
The charm and his look allow bring the guest in the past, but with the confort of today. A ideal place for those who want tranquility and accessibility to cultural sites and restaurants of Baie-Saint-Paul.
