Rentals by the week, by the month, for weekends or for a complete season.
We can accommodate up to 12 people for your family reunions or for your business meetings (catering services available) in an isolated, large, spacious, bright, and completely furnished summer house in a three acre wooded area, by the side of the Rivière aux Saumons, close to the village of Scotstown.
Exceptional view: a large landscaped terrain, a nearby mountain, a river, a star-lit sky with many shooting stars, fabulous autumn colors, and a large variety of birds, animals, fishes and vegetation.
Intimate and quiet.
Interior : 3 bedrooms, 1double bed, 2 queen size beds, a small bed suitable for a child, bedding, 2 bathrooms, a sofa-bed, 2 futons, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a Jenn-Air gaz range, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, tableware, TV, VHS and DVD players, sound system, finished basement with ping-pong table,nintendo, society games, darts, games for children, etc.
Exterior : Bar-B-Q, patio with furniture, picnic table, bicycles, canoe, kayak, row-boat with electric motor, wood for camp fires?
Summer activities: hunting, fishing (trouts), canoe, kayak, row-boat, all terrain vehicle outings, bird watching, cycling, walks through mountain roads (Mont-Megantic National Park), swimming (Lac Megantic beach), 3 golf courses within a 30 minute ride, visits of landscaped gardens, camp fires etc.
Winter activities: cross-country skiing , snow-shoeing, skidoo-ing; there are familial sugar bushes and trails for all terrain vehicles close by, as well as alpine skiing within a one hour ride. |

Notre semaine commence le vendredi à 17 heures et se termine le vendredi suivant à midi.
La fin de semaine commence le vendredi à 17 heures et se termine
le dimanche à 17 heures.
Conditions et frais supplémentaires pour animaux.
Il est possible de louer pour un jour ou deux dans la semaine pour réunion d'affaire, l'observation des oiseaux, la pêche, la chasse, etc.
N.B. Il est toujours possible de discuter pour d'autres arrangements.
Un dépôt de 40% est requis pour la réservation de la maison.
