Swimming Pool(18' X 33'), Billard Room, Living Room(TV 60''+DVD & Cable), Family Room(TV + DVD), Solarium, Central Heating & Air. You have 3 fridges and 2 BBQs for your use.
With your rental everything is included: Linen, towels, firewood for fireplace and camp fires, kitchen and bathroom items.
Direct access to hiking, biking, snowmobile, ATV, cross country and snow shoe trails, Downhill skiing. On the Estate's private lake you will have access to 2 paddle boats, 1 canoe and 1 double kayak. You can fish speckled trout. You may also use 16 bicycles(9 adults & 7 children).
Only 1 hr. from Mont Tremblant & Ottawa, 1:45hr from Montreal.

For your use: 7 pairs of snowshoes(5 adults & 2 kids), Walking sticks adults & children, Large slide at back of cottage with 8 GT Snow Racers.
15 bicycles (9 adults & 6 children),2 paddle boats, 1 canoe & 1 double kayak on the Estate's private lake,speckled trout fishing(5 fishing lines incl.). Lac Simon's beautiful beach with Water Sport rentals at 1 Km.
3 restaurants and 2 grocery stores at 8 min. walk.
When you make a reservation a 30% deposit is required. The balance is payable upon your arrival.
