This charming property overlooking the beautiful Lake Spooner Pond offers beautiful points seen on the lake, among others from its large veranda and very pleasant as well as a very intimate. Recently renovated and freshly decorated and equipped, the residence of Spooner Lake Pond offers spacious and clear. It can accommodate up to 9 people.

At ground floor, common areas are open on each other, the large kitchen with central island will delight lovers of good food, the dining room that overlooks the living room is also beneficial to the wood stove lounge (very nice in winter), while the latter begins with the very large veranda (isolated) by the door or the patio there is a sofa bed for two people. Two beautiful rooms each equipped with a double bed and a lovely bathroom complete the upstairs.
Built on a slope, the property has a basement which is open up the side of the lake, there are a very clean room, although not finished with another double and one single bed, a location that accommodates well children and teens.
Facilities: In addition to basic equipment, you will find a wood stove with wood provided, cable TV, DVD player, bedding, linen and towels, board games, all it ... need for a comfortable stay.
Located in a protected area, one of its banks is developed, the rest being totally wild and natural. There is no access to the lake to the public, which provides a degree of tranquility.
