Nested to the heart of the forest, in front of the mountain, by the Petite Rivière Rouge, our cottage "Jovisa8" offers to you.

You desire to recharge squarely nature, relax or all simply to live a special experience in an enchanting setting? Our luxurious cottage in wood logs round will seduce you with his unique charm. Jovisa8 awaits only you!
Our cottage is built on 3 floors of which a laid one out basement. The total area is 235 m² (2530 pi²), it's a big cottage. An exterior terrace in front of the mountain on the level of round wood of 28 m² (300 pi²) comes to add to the well being sensation.
The property, that trims the Petite Rivière Rouge on a length of 200M (650pi), spreads out over itself 1.2 hectares (6.4 acres).
We laid out for you a small marked way to explore the forest and try of there to discover all sort of treasures... why not to collect the horn of a lost deer in the fall? Or well to admire the work of a colony of beavers by the river?

A safety deposit of 500$ Cash is required upon reception of the keys, this will be used if any damage are to occure during the stay at the cottage. Money will be returned to lender after a visual inspection of the site
Booking confirmation
50% deposit payable on booking by certified check with signed contract.
The balance must be received 15 days before taking rent by certified check.
Refund policy in case of cancellation:
In case of cancellation by you,
61 days or more: your deposit is refunded at 75%
31 days to 60 days before: your deposit is refunded at 50%
11 days to 30 days prior to your deposit is refunded at 25%
10 days to 0 days: your deposit is not refundable
